How the one-time 72-Hour Pass and the 30-day Monthly Plan work.

Effective October 21, 20262 min read

These terms explain exactly how Summit charges you over time. They form part of the Terms of Service. If anything here seems unclear, ask us before you buy.

3How a 72-Hour Pass ends

The 72-Hour Pass does not convert. It costs $10.00 once and gives you 72 consecutive hours of access beginning when your payment is successfully confirmed. It automatically ends at the 72-hour mark. There is no renewal, no subsequent charge, and no obligation to cancel. You may choose to purchase a separate Monthly Plan, but only through a new, expressly authorized transaction.

4Billing dates

The Monthly Plan costs $34.22 at enrollment and renews every 30 consecutive days, measured from the time of the first successful charge, not on the same calendar date each month. A renewal is attempted only while the Plan remains active, you have not cancelled, and fewer than 12 successful monthly charges have occurred. The actual posting date on your statement can differ depending on your bank. A failed charge does not count toward the 12 successful charges.

5The 12-payment limit

The Monthly Plan is limited to 12 successful charges, each granting 30 days of access (up to 360 paid days in total). After the twelfth successful charge, no thirteenth charge is scheduled and access ends automatically at the end of the twelfth paid 30-day period. We notify you before that final period ends. To continue later, you must expressly enroll again.

6Starting the Monthly Plan directly, or during a pass

You may buy the Monthly Plan directly or separately while a 72-Hour Pass is active. A Monthly Plan purchase is a distinct recurring-billing authorization; buying a Pass never signs you up for it. When a Monthly Plan begins during a Pass, the new paid access period starts immediately. The $10 Pass is not automatically credited or refunded solely because you chose another plan.

7Cancelling

  • 72-Hour Pass: no cancellation is needed. It ends automatically and cannot renew.
  • Monthly Plan: cancel any time through your account when billing is enabled or contact support@summitcut.com or +1 (833) 373-0840. Cancellation stops future renewal attempts. Access continues until the end of the 30-day period already paid for, without a cancellation fee.
  • We send a cancellation confirmation after processing a cancellation.

8Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry for up to 7 days and notify you of attempts. We do not assess late fees. Access may pause when a paid 30-day period ends without a successful renewal. We will not count a failed attempt as one of the 12 successful charges, and no retry is authorized after cancellation.

9Price changes

We notify affected Monthly Plan customers at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Existing paid 30-day periods are not repriced. You may cancel before the next charge. A material change requiring new consent will not be charged without it.

10Taxes

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated from your billing address and displayed in the final order total before the payment is authorized. The advertised $10.00 and $34.22 prices exclude applicable tax unless expressly stated otherwise.

11Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
