Summit / Legal
The fine print, written to be read.
Every policy that applies when you use or pay for Summit, in one place. Each one is issued by RockPoint Online Traders LLC, the company that runs Summit.
Who you are dealing with
Summit is the name of the product. RockPoint Online Traders LLC is the business behind it: the company you sign up with, pay, and receive access from. You will see both names in these documents; they refer to the same business.
If two documents ever seem to disagree, the Terms of Service take priority, and we will fix the wording.
