RockPoint Online Traders LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We have not done so in the past 12 months. There is therefore nothing to opt out of, but you can still use the rights below.

Email support@summitcut.com. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond within 45 days; if we need the 45-day extension the law allows, we will tell you why. We verify requests by confirming you control the email address on the account. An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission. If we decline, you may appeal by replying “Appeal”.
